4. Unauthorized Tap Water Connections:

Tap water connections have been provided by the Sangareddy Municipality without necessary approvals and in violation of the law.

5. Negligence by Officials:

Officers responsible for approving and facilitating these unauthorized connections have ignored the High Court’s order and previous government actions, enabling continued illegal activities.

6. Threats and Violence by Encroachers:

Land grabbers are threatening and attacking the real owners who visit the land, preventing them from addressing the illegal activities.

7. Illegal Plot Sales:

The encroachers are creating unauthorized plots and selling them with notary agreements, despite the land being under a court status quo order.
